Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

If the goods are delivered in separate parts or multiple items ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last item.

Note: Beyond your statutory rights, BLENIN voluntarily grants an extended 30-day return period. The statutory conditions set out below always apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) at:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery to you (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Aluna Group s. r. o., Lesná 5, 900 27 Bernolákovo, Slovakia, +421 919 181 379 , without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may try on the goods as you would in a physical store, but you may not wear or use them normally.

When the Right to Withdraw Does Not Apply

The consumer may not withdraw from a contract for, among others, the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, and in other cases set out in Section 19 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
