This page explains how and when we ship your order.

Shipping Information

Order Processing: Orders ship within 7 days from our warehouse in Europe.
Delivery Time: After your order ships, delivery takes 3–10 working days.
Carriers: We ship with Packeta and Slovak Post (Slovenská pošta).

Shipping Costs

EU: Delivery to a pickup point is free.
Outside the EU: Delivery is free on orders over €100. Under €100, delivery costs €9.90.
USA: Delivery is free on orders over €150. Under €150, delivery costs €9.90.
Other European countries outside the EU (for example Norway, Serbia and Iceland): Delivery is free.

Extended Shipping Policy

Customs and Import Fees: Orders outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs. These are paid by the recipient.
Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates will be available within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Damage or Loss: BLENIN is fully responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will handle the issue directly with the carrier and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
