Refund policy

At BLENIN, we understand that sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy — going beyond the 14-day statutory withdrawal right required under EU and Slovak consumer law. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return without giving a reason.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at info@blenin.shop or through our online chat.

Once we are informed of your decision to withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). As our standard delivery is free, this means the full purchase price is refunded.

We will issue the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no extra cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or Defective Goods

The above 30-day return applies to non-defective goods. If your item is faulty or defective, you are additionally protected by a statutory 2-year liability period for defects, with the right to repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal, as set out in detail in our Complaints Policy. Please report any defect to info@blenin.shop.

Additional Information

  • All returned items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, or worn only to try on, with no additional wear and tear.
  • BLENIN does not cover return shipping costs. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Refunds and exchanges apply to both sale and regular-priced items.
  • International returns follow the same policy as domestic returns.
