How long does delivery take?
We ship your order within 7 days from our warehouse in Slovakia. After it ships, delivery takes 3–10 working days.
Which carriers do you use, and how do I track my order?
We ship with Packeta and Slovak Post. When your order ships, you get a tracking link by email. You can also track it on our Track your order page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to a pickup point in the EU is free. Delivery to European countries outside the EU is also free.
For all other countries, delivery is free on orders over €100. Below €100 it costs €9.90.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. They are paid by the recipient.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days to return your order.
